Anthem Pacific Homes brings leadership with over 21 years of experience in the construction, development, real estate, design, and finance industries.  We have been building award-winning homes since our start date of 7/7/17.  Anthem Pacific stands for “theme of peace” and represents how we approach serving our clients.  Building a home can be one of the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences.  We embrace this with our clients by communicating and establishing the right expectations during the process.  Having a team mindset with our trades, vendors, partners, and clients establishes open lines of communication which result in great projects.  Jeremy and Jinger desire to bring that rewarding experience to our clients and deliver the peace that comes with a job well done.  In addition to building homes, the Voellers have three young children and enjoy camping, skiing, and experiencing the great outdoors. Jeremy also serves as president of the board at Genesis Prep Academy in Post Falls, ID.

Heidi La Bolle, Interior Designer and Project Coordinator, provides guidance for every color, selection and finish for each home. Heidi has a Bachelor’s of Interior Design and has extensive knowledge in color theory. Her passion for design, combined with over a decade of experience in the industry will make bringing your vision to life a reality. Since a young age she’s enjoyed expressing herself creatively through art and music. It is her belief that each client is unique and that self expression is an important aspect of our build process. Nothing is more personal than your home and you can trust Heidi to do a great job making it your own! Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her spouse and young daughter doing outdoor activities and camping!

Aidan Latham, Superintendent, ensures every home meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship. From scheduling trades to overseeing details on site, he’s committed to getting it done right. Born and raised in Post Falls, Idaho, Aidan's life took a delightful turn during a trip to Italy, where he met his beautiful wife, Elena, who was vacationing from Kentucky. Now happily married with three children, Aidan loves life back in Post Falls. His family holds dear the Bible verse Mark 10:9 “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” In his free time, Aidan enjoys woodworking, skiing, exploring local trails, and spending quality moments with his growing family

Andrea Fowler is the Office Administrator at Anthem Pacific Homes and plays a central role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the company running efficiently. As the hub of communication for the office, she supports team members, assists clients and vendors, coordinates administrative processes, and helps ensure every detail is handled with care. Her ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude makes her a valuable resource to both the team and the homeowners Anthem Pacific Homes serves.

Andrea is passionate about creating exceptional experiences through genuine connection, professionalism, and service. She believes that trust is built through consistent communication and a willingness to go the extra mile. Whether she is solving a problem, assisting a client, or supporting a teammate, Andrea strives to make every interaction meaningful and productive.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys mentoring young women, spending time with family and friends, planning fun events, and bringing people together. Known for her quick wit and upbeat personality, she believes a little humor can brighten any day, and she’s usually the first one to find a reason to smile

Dave is definitely someone you will meet because one of his prime functions involves creating your customer experience through the entire construction process. Dave leverages 30 years’ experience in managing client expectations and spends much of his day with permitting, contracts, addendums, and other details making your project a priority. He serves as the communication hub for our various teams while setting expectations, guiding and educating our clients through the Anthem Pacific Homes process. Dave wakes up every day with the goal of expending himself for the benefit of others. His attitude of service conveys a key character trait that Anthem Pacific is known for in the marketplace. One of Dave's favorite quotes is by Zig Ziglar, “You can have everything you want in life, if you will just help enough people get what they want.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time cooking and taking road trips with his bride Misty, playing poker, bible studies and researching digital assets.

My Professional journey began many years ago having worked for a hardware store while going to college, to venture on rebuilding homes my husband and I purchased. My roots are Northern California based, but during the late eighties relocated to Southern California where I met my husband. My passion is for helping businesses thrive and navigate the intricacies of the ever-changing business environment. My career started in the accounting field. At the suggestion of a co-worker friend, I delved into the realms of payroll with training from ADP while honing my skills and expertise. What sets my journey apart is the evolution of my career into the dynamic world of Human Resources. I have weathered the professional landscape with diverse roles in several companies that allowed me to grow and expand my career. In 2008, my family purchased a home in Post Falls with the intention of moving to the area.  In 2012, the opportunity presented itself and my family relocated moving into the home we purchased. My family and I just love the area and are proud to call Post Falls our home. I have now joined the team at Anthem Pacific Homes and enjoy seeing APH clients find their forever home in the Pacific Northwest area.

With a passion for precision and over 30 years of experience in residential  construction, Jim Brown leads the construction operations at Anthem Pacific Homes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Known for coordinating complex builds and guiding teams with confidence, Jim ensures each project not only meets expectations—but exceeds them.

At Anthem Pacific Homes, he manage everything from ground-up developments to high-end custom builds, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and trades to bring visions to life. With a deep understanding of project lifecycle management and a commitment to safety and sustainability, Jim plays a key role in shaping homes that families can be proud of.

Outside the job site, Jim stays up-to-date on the latest building trends and technology to keep Anthem Pacific Homes on the cutting edge of craftsmanship and innovation.

Kenyon Cierley is a construction assistant with over three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Having worked across both residential and commercial projects, he brings a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a steadfast commitment to safety and efficiency. Kenyon is eager to contribute his skills to a new team and looks forward to growing alongside his colleagues as they build future successes together.
